Roger’s extensive background in national media and advertising includes 10 years at Australia’s largest radio network, Austereo, where he held the positions of Director of Sales in both Sydney and Adelaide, as well as senior agency positions across the country.

Roger was formerly the General Manager at LA Advertising, and most recently headed his own advertising and marketing agency, Bad Jelly Marketing before forming
Q Advertising.

Red Boss are a boutique production company, based on the Sunshine Coast. Our core mission is to deliver high quality visual storytelling for businesses and brands, at attractive accessible prices. Established in 2012, Red Boss have quickly formed into one of the top video producers in the region.

We take a hands-on approach to every stage of production, with the skills and capability to tackle writing and pre-production, shooting and directing, editing and animation all in-house.
